Nothing happens automatically. There is no card on file, so nothing can be charged. If memdiz helps your family, you actively choose the annual subscription.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Once purchased, it renews annually. You can stop the next renewal at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Is the price per child or per person?

No. €99 a year is the total price for your whole family — every child, parent and guardian together, no matter how many. Another child or parent never costs extra, and there are no seats, tiers or add-ons.

Is there a monthly plan?

No. memdiz is designed around the school year, so we keep the pricing to one clear annual plan.

Does the price apply outside Germany?

memdiz Family costs €99 a year in Germany and Austria. Other countries will have local pricing when memdiz launches there.

What happens to my data after cancelling?

You can export it in a readable format or delete it completely. These rights do not depend on your subscription.
