Help and contact
How can we help?
Questions about the app, your family account or privacy are answered by a real person.
Email support@memdiz.comWhere can I download memdiz?
memdiz is available on Google Play for Android and the App Store for iPhone. Our download page has links to both stores.
How do I set up my family?
A parent creates the family and sends the child an invitation link. Once signed in, your child can add their first school day.
Can parents open recordings or transcripts?
No. Parents see a limited overview of tasks, upcoming exams and study progress. Recordings, transcripts and personal lesson notes are not accessible there.
Can classmates or different families share tasks?
No. memdiz organises your child’s own school entries. Parents receive a limited overview of tasks, exams and study progress within the family. Separated parents and patchwork households can also support their child. This does not enable homework or school entries to be exchanged with classmates or other families.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. A readable data export and full account deletion are available directly in memdiz. You can also request account deletion without the app.
