memdiz stores your school plan: subjects, homework, exams and study plans — exactly what you use the app for. What memdiz never keeps is your child’s voice: the recording is not stored, and the transcript is deleted after extraction.

Once subjects, topics, homework and exams have been extracted, the transcript is deleted.

At the heart of memdiz runs our own extraction engine, built for one job: turning a short story about the day into subjects, homework and exams. One rule applies from start to finish — your content is never stored along the way and never used to train AI.

Parents see the confirmed plan, never the recording, transcript or a hidden detail layer.
Only what the task requires
No name.
No extra child profile.
Every step of our pipeline receives only what that one step requires. We do not send the child’s name, email address or additional family information. And your data is stored on servers in Germany.
