Where does my child’s data end up?

In Europe, nowhere else. Account and school entries are stored on our servers in Germany. Speech recognition, analysis and study plans run on Mistral AI from France through its European endpoint. There is no audio archive, the text is deleted after analysis, and your content is not used to train the AI. If you sign in with Google, that uses your own Google account; school content is not sent to Google.

What does memdiz cost?

Nothing: no payment details and no subscription, with every feature for the whole family. If that ever changes, we'll tell you well in advance, and nothing becomes paid without your consent.
