Delete your memdiz account
You can delete your account and data directly in the app.
Prefer email? Write to support@memdiz.com from your account email address. For a child’s account, include their account email and your parental responsibility. We’ll verify your request and confirm deletion by email.
What happens to your data?
We delete your account, profile, school entries and associated personal data. If child accounts are affected or family administration needs transferring, we’ll discuss this with you first.
If shared copies from earlier test versions still exist, they remain without attribution to your account. The current app does not offer sharing with classmates or other families. Family statistics remain for up to 90 days and technical error reports for up to 30 days.
